Yama, Niyam, Assan, Pranayaam, Pratyahar, Dharna, Dhyana and Samadhi: these are eight organs of Yoga. These are also called “Ashtang Yog”. The masses have started concluding Asanas and Pranayaam are the real Yoga. They are unaware of other steps of Yoga.
