Method

Straighten both the legs in front of you. Heels and toes should be together. Keep your hands sideways. Try to keep your back straight position will be like Dhand. That is why this asana is called Dhandasna. Be in this position for sometime then relax your body. Place both hands at the back legs should be opened in front of you. Sit in this posture and have rest for a while.

Problems relating to spinal cord can be cured and it becomes healthy.

 

Time

In the beginning do it for 3 minutes, then you can increase the time up to seven minutes. This asana should be done before and after every sitting asana.

 

Precautions

Those who have backache problem should not do for long time.
