Method

With inhaling raise your hands upward.Hands are straight.With exhaling bend your waist forward. Put the hands on the floor. Then try to touch the ground with the forehead. Let the buttocks be over the heels and feet. Breath normally and stay tuned for sometime. Assuming the starting point raise your neck. Erect the waist. Bring back your hands touching the ground. Now extend your right leg first then the left leg. Place your hands on the sides. Thus after completing the three rounds relax in Shavasana pose.

One round to seven rounds, and timing is one min. to five mins.
