Method

Sit in Dandasana. Fold the left leg at knee and touch the perineurium. Let the left foot touch the right thigh, keep straight the right leg. Exhale and lean the waist forward. Hold the toes of right leg with the index fingers and the thumbs of the both hands. Try to touch the right knee with the forehead. Stay tuned for a while, then come back to the starting point. Erect the waist and right leg. Repeat this activity with the right leg. Take rest after three round.

 

Benefits

Useful for celibacy. It helps to make the legs muscles strong. Beneficial for diabetes and backache too.

 

Time

30 sec. to 3 mins. with one round to three round.

 

Precautions

Epilepsy , heart and dizzy patient avoid this posture.
