Method

Sit in dandasana. First keep right leg on right side. Fold your left leg, touch left heel to the SEEVNI NARI. It is the place where mooladhar charka is there. Now fold your right leg. Now your right heel will touch left toe. Right toe should settle down between calf muscles and left thigh. Keep both hands on knees in the position of gyanmudra. Now close your eyes and concentrate on muladhar charka or agya charka. Be in this position for some time. Take care, if you are in the meditation for a long time. It will be very good. When get diverted slowly come to your normal position. Open your eyes, keep right leg in front of you and then make straight, left leg also. Take rest in dandasana.

 

Time

This asana can be done for 10 min in the beginning then it can be increased up to 1 hr. Do this asana for long time but practice it just for 1 time in a day.

 

Precautions

Those suffering from piles problem should not do it for more time.
