Method
Sit in Dandasana pose. Bend your right leg at knee and place it near the left knee. Now bring your left hand over the right knee and place it on the right side. Twist the trunk to the right. Stay in this pose for sometime. Slowly make the neck and waist straight. Lift the left hand from the right knee and place it on the ground of the left side. Extend the right. Repeat this activity with the left leg.
Benefits
It removes the belching and constipation. Beneficial for kidney and abdominal diseases. It tones up the liver and the nerve weakness.
Time
Start with one chakra to three chakras. Timing 30 sec to 7 mins.
