Yoga For Eyes

Benefits of this Yoga Pose:

  • It improves eyesight and removes specs.

First of all sit in any meditation position. Move your neck towards your left and right side 10 times. Now rub your hands together and put them on your eyes like cups. Now open your eyes inside cups. This palming is very useful for eyes.

 Pose 1


First of all keep thumbs of your hands in front of your eyes. Move your hands in front and away from your eyes. After doing this exercise 5 times, do palming on your eyes.

 Pose 2


See up and down. after doing this exercise do palming on your eyes.

 Pose 3


Now see left and right. After doing these five times do palming of your eyes.

Now see right side up and left side down in cross. After doing this five times do palming of your eyes.

 Pose 5


In the same way see left side up and right side down in a cross way.

 Pose 6


Rotate pupils of your eyes right, down and then left in clockwise direction. Now move your eyeballs in an anticlockwise direction also. After doing this five times do palming of your eyes.

 Pose 7


Blink your eyes very fast. After doing this for 15 secs do palming of your eyes.

  • Take care while doing palming when you keep your hands on your eyes. Open your eyes in the covered palms.

Palming- Rub your palms and then keep it on your eyes.
