Yoga For Eyes
Benefits of this Yoga Pose:
- It improves eyesight and removes specs.
First of all sit in any meditation position. Move your neck towards your left and right side 10 times. Now rub your hands together and put them on your eyes like cups. Now open your eyes inside cups. This palming is very useful for eyes.
- Take care while doing palming when you keep your hands on your eyes. Open your eyes in the covered palms.
Palming- Rub your palms and then keep it on your eyes.
